FAQ

Water at the bottom of the bottle? Normal — purified water is added during production to keep the membrane active. Add water to the base if unused for a long time.
Won't charge? Avoid fast chargers (over 15W). Use a standard 5V1A or 5V2A charger with the original cable. Do not operate while charging.
Hydrogen meter reading low? Electronic testers have large margins of error. Reagent titration or gas chromatography are more accurate methods.
Can I rinse under tap water? No — water may enter through the charging port or button gaps and cause circuit damage.
